BULL DEVELOPMENT: DRY CREEK RANCH

Only the top-performing calves are selected to become bulls, ensuring the highest-quality genetics for your herd. Dry Creek Ranch Red Angus bulls are raised in a natural pasture environment, where they have access to free-choice hay and are supplemented with a specially formulated bull developer pellet and a comprehensive mineral package.

We focus on slow, steady growth to ensure a moderate rate of gain, with longevity and long-term performance as our primary goals. Our commitment is to develop bulls that will stand the test of time, delivering reliable performance for years to come!

GENOMIC TESTING

All Red Angus bulls have been GGP-uLD tested for increased accuracey EPDs and parent verification.

Welcome: 2026 Red Angus Cowboy Style Silent Auction

Bulls will be sold through a Cowboy-Style Auction (silent auction) on March 7, 2026. This means there will not be a live auctioneer—bidding will take place quietly throughout the day. Each bull will have a starting base price, and buyers can place written bids at any time during the open house. You can continue to increase your bid if someone else outbids you.

The auction will close at 6:00 PM MST. At that time, any bull that has received at least one bid will be sold to the highest bidder. Bulls that do not receive any bids will still be available for purchase after the sale by private treaty at their listed base price.

Terms of the sale are cash unless other arrangements are made in advance. We require 100% of the purchase price at the time you commit to buying a bull.

If you are unable to attend the open house to place bids in person, please contact Max, Haley, or one of our sales representatives. They will be happy to place bids for you by phone and answer any questions about the process.
